I've always had this dream to move to Cuba for 6 months and train boxing under trainers that have ONLY ever trained the Cuban amateurs, and some of them have like 40+ years experience doing just that.

Pure skill, technique and technical application.

That's the only way I'd ever get back in the ring again.

I officially started training again this month. There are some grappling competitions I want to cut me teeth on, it's been a while since I've done a sanctioned one.

I am now being trained by a professional MMA fighter/BJJ Black Belt, 3 to 4 times a week, and will integrate the group classes come January.

I want to say I stepped into the ring under MMA rules before I turn 40, which is just right around the corner.

I am the big four-oh on Cinco De Mayo next year.

Make sure you let me know the when and where's, because if I can, I'll be there ringside.

to get back into a ring and fight..you have to be able to climb a flight of stairs without being winded?

if so count me out..also..im officially down to 200 lbs...so..im outta the fat bastard club:)
