upon executing I am getting about 30 emails or so saying it was executed....

I think there is a issue possibly , anybody see anything wrong with the syntax?

think you need to designate a minute, * will execute every min in that hour... i think :)

I'll let you borrow my secret decoder ring if you think it will help...

Right, your syntax would be sending one email every minute of every sixth hour.
