CCBILL I have 160 old checks from you support please?

We found 160 old expired checks from you total over $13k could you refund them please? Your support won't anwser anymore.

Another problem : why sending TONS of checks like this when they are clearly all coming from 1 single master account?

We asked twice to get wires instead first time was maybe 2 years ago last time 1-2 months ago and I still get my mailbox FULL of your checks recently.

Please do something.

They acknowledged both times explicitly to do wires yes. I think everything was simply handled by email. Is there a more official and 100% effective method?

There are forms to switch from checks to wires yes, im no ccbill rep this is not an off reply, but no form no wires, it also says on the form you have to RECEIVE an official email from their acc dept stating they received the form n all.

Thats where it went wrong I guess.

Hit up your rep and ask whats up see if you can work it out somehow.

Would have to check epassporte for that and since we can't search epassporte emails nor display every months' details I may not even be able to find them.

I only have 1 master account and plenty of sub accounts need them for stats.

You can.. You just have to make sure all your info is the same on all your accounts and then mail them to get them merged :)

Kimo 12-21-2006 04:30 AM

Release of StatsRemote 3.9

New Features

Click here for all the details!

- Display daily stats of individual CCBill programs
that are merged under a CCBill main account

Right click on CCBill and select 'Show Breakdown'.
Click on the program in the Breakdown window.

Please note: No data before 2006 is displayed
as it would produce too much load on their server

Violetta 12-21-2006 05:48 AM

Hope you get the money they owe you...

rowan 12-21-2006 05:59 AM

Ask them to merge all of your subaccounts under the first one you created.

They should also replace the checks at no cost if you mail them back, but double check first that they can handle 160 of them.

How did you manage to misplace 160 checks????

dont think is a matter of misplacing them so much as, he's unvilling to deposit smaller amounts. His total is 13k divide by 160:2 cents:

Dear Client,

You can send those checks back to us, and we can re-issue checks to you
with no charge. If you decide to put a stop payment on those checks and
have us re-issue them to you, then there will be a $20.00 stop payment
fee per check. Please let me know what you would like us to do.

We send thousands of checks out each week, some clients prefer separate checks, some prefer to group them into one check or wire. We do what our clients ask us to do.

If you are not getting responses from support or the change to wire has not been done yet, we can troubleshoot and address that, there have been a few minor email issues recently, which should be resolved by now . Forward me the emails you had sent or our confirmation that the wire change has been complete and we will check it out asap

[email protected]

Ultimately, if you send us all of the checks back with a note to place them back into your master account, we can apply them to your account, then the funds will get sent out. For more details, and to get this off gfy, icq me 45471840 (ill be at the office in 20 min) or get hold of our client support department, whatever you prefer, well make sure that you are taken care of

scottybuzz 12-21-2006 09:08 AM

cool cool lets hope this gets sorted now.

If you only have one master account then you should only get one check per week.

All of your ccbill accounts should be merged under the master account.
All the sub accounts have separate stats that break down by affiliate ID.

I have no idea how you let all those checks expire before you did something about it. They are good for 90 days, aren't they?

It sounds like you should get ccbill to explain how to better use their system for your circumstances, because there are way easier ways to do what you want without getting dozens of checks.

mikesouth 12-21-2006 12:15 PM

ya know if you fuckers at CCBill would implement direct deposit.....

It's 180 days. I recently discovered one at the bottom of my car console that would have been at or past the 180 day limit by the time it had been banked and sent back to ccbill's USA bank. I've sent it to ccbill instead - hopefully they have received and reissued the check by now. :)

I have a similar issue I haven't dealt with yet. I have over a year's worth of CCBill checks that I cannot deposit due to retarded banking restrictions for foreigners living in my country... Is the process of couriering these to CCBill and having my master account switched to wire an easy one?

Does anyone have an email or phone number that I can contact to get the ball rolling?
