you don't have to return it.
just go to their website, you enter the serial number of your unit and your name/address and they send you the new straps.

sounds easy enough to replace

The machines arent getting recalled lol its just the "straps" on the Wiimote controller, plus as long as you are not some epileptic retard you wont throw your Wiimote into the TV by accident anyways.
