where do you shop for x-mas
gota admit - wallmart. they went 24 hours here recently for x-mas so I shop after 1am and it's empty and perfect - get all the chocklets and useless crap everyone wants for x-mas there
|
just the local shopping center...futureshop, chapters
the lines are so fucking long :( ughhhh |
Future Shop, Best Buy, and specialty toy stores for the good stuff my son likes. :)
|
The liquor store..one stop shopping for the whole family
|
amazon - i don't even have to get up for that
|
I went to a store called Wacko. Got evertyhing I needed and a few weird things for myself
|
I shop year round all over the world as I travel. When I see something a loved one would like for xmas, birthday or just as a gift, I will pick it up.
A lot of thought goes into my gifts, even if it's small. |
Did most of mine online.. FutureShop, Ebay, Amazon, Bestbuy, Staples, ToysRUS.
|
I love Walmart for all the small crap late at night.
But basiclly Itravel all the major malls like some idiot zombi following the masses. |
Wal Mart and Macy's pretty much covered it this year
|
we dont have wallmart here yet. however there are so many hypermarkets supermarkets midimarkets minimarkets and general stores LOL
for presents use amazon |
As of next year i plan to do all my xmas shopping online... :disgust
|
just in the nearby shopping store...
|
I try to shop online as much as I can.. but for people I am very close to, H Samuel for the ladies, Threshers or Sadlers for the men.. Oh, and we have a nice shop here called Sands, that does posh orniments etc... The kids are a nightmare to buy for, fortunately most of them are old enough to be happy with cash.

The bank. I get everyone a Visa gift card and they love'm.
|
best buy and various shops in the mall.
|
The local mall for generic products; valetta markets for leather goods, dvds, cds and games; st julians for jewelry and gadgets; sliema for clothes.
|
Walmart here too.
I find that Walmart has just about everything on my list at cheaper prices. I will not go to a little mall type store, they have way to much mark up. |

I was gonna say the same! lol |
Online brick and mortar store I went to was Target and that was for some stocking stuffers like Candy and DVD's.
Everything else was online |
Amazon has had 90% of my business this year. Fragrancenet, Landsend, BigB's Jerky store and florists have gotten another 9% and I shopped at Eckerds to get things I'd normally get at Sprawlmart. Our Walmart is the only one in several counties, and it is a literal freaking zoo in there even during NON holiday times.
|
This year I hit 2 stores, one called Zone on St-Denis, all kinds of nice ORIGINAL gifts and Toys R Us for the kids.
All done last Sunday ;-) |
I did alot of it online, but local walmart for some small stuff.
