USA VISA requirements for Czech models
 

Question for those who employ Czech models in the USA:

- what VISA do they need to come over for a nude modelling/porn job?
- do they fall under Temporary Workers H-1B Specialty Occupations, DOD workers, fashion models?

most people who are concerned about 2257 won't even shoot a foreign girl these days unless she gets herself some American ID's like a California drivers license. the way 2257 is worded at present lawyers are advising producers not to shoot them.
