NATS Support, subpar?
I'm contemplating using NATS for an upcoming affprog. I'm being told by a couple of webmasters that NATS gives terrible support and that is reason enough to use another software.
I don't know if this is true as I have never used NATS. What have you guys found in your experience? Only program owners who use NATS need post. |
just to clarify, i'm talking about the support that NATS gives its webmasters using their software.

No correct, I know for a fact that TMM crew does the extra mile in order to help all its clients (even beyond their duty)...

Nats crew is one of the best support teams I have ever worked with, once you put in a ticket they get to it within a few minutes usually, The other day I needed some extra stuff coded and Fred took about 3 hours just to help me out with it while he had other work to do. Hit me up if you wanna talk about Nats, we love using the software for both of our programs

Nats support is not bad. They have to deal with a lot of clients, being in Service industry myself, i have to attest, they are doing a pretty good job.
There will always be quirks in any company. if 2 people out of 400 clients will tell you they are not happy.. that's not bad at all :) |
They're great - Boris, Mike, Fred, Steve - they're always around when I need a hand getting something set up or when we need something debugged really quick.

From what I have been told by people in the know, support is very good.. I will be using nats myself very soon too!

TMM support can be hit and miss sometimes. at times you dont get the service you want on the timeline you want. but no real big issues, every problem has been addressed and delt with. cant say its worse then any other companies i deal with.

Never once had an issue with their customer service. The ticketing system works like a charm.

I've never had any complaints about the NATS support. They've really done anything and everything required to make sure that things work right, get fixed, get changed... what ever. I've always been very happy with them.

Support on their end has been amazing for me. Quick to respond, and detailed help.

No problems with NATS support. Prompt and helpful responses.

They have gone beyond their responsibilities so many times, that I would have a hard time saying anything bad about NATS support.
Earlier this year they seemed to be swamped, but now I can expect quick and thorough responses from any questions that I have. They do a great job over there. :thumbsup |
