Depends how extreme... Mild fetish, then CCBill is your best bet... extreme, take a look at VXS...

For alternative billing, PasswordByPhone.com handle just about anything legal.

Not really. I just want a processor that isnt going to decide that i am suddenly. My current bank wont even give me a list of what I can and cant do, which leaves me in the dark because of their non-commital.
