What do you mean? For running a top list, or for your own tracking purposes?

To run a toplist. I'm looking for something completely dynamic where I don't have to setup trades or anything like that. People send hits and they get listed. I found referers.php from http://www.plebian.com/news.php?artc=4 but curious what else is out there.
