Why Ann Angel Rocks
Last year I started MMA and lost about 30lbs in 5 or 6 months. Since then I've been stuck at a plateau still with a good 15 more lbs. in body fat to lose to make see them poor abs again. I know the problem is my love of pasta.
So last week Ann was over and since she's in such good shape I had to ask her if she had any diet secrets. She suggested whole wheat pasta. A week later and I'm down 1% body fat already. Nice, how is the taste of whole wheat pasta? I got some whole wheat spaghetti that I keep reaching over for the normal kind, lol.

It's amazing what cutting carbs can do.
I go through it every yeat, winter time I work out heavy to bulk up and eat anything to fuel it. ComeFeb. it's down to salads and whole wheat food. No juices only water. Within a month or so of this and cardio you will lose body fat. I also have a great work out routine for breaking the plateau most people reach when working out. You know, when you can't get past curling those 50s. This routine is designed to break past that. It's a 30 day routine and after it you will be amazed how much more you can lift. It's designed to beat what your body gets used to. Good stuff. I'll run more by you when I see you. |
