$100 of advertising down, no results. Tried all of the following:

Penis Pills
CaseyParker
BaDoink
FleshLight

Nothing, 0 signups.

I will admit though, that Joe was very helpful and if I ever needed help or needed something done he was Joe (johnny) on the Spot!

Sounds like you spread yourself too thin by spending only $100 on 4 different campaigns. I'd put a lot more money into a campaign before cutting it off as a loss.

How much traffic did you send to the sponsors for $100?

I can't imagine $100 bought much. You would need to send a minimum of 5k (others may disagree) to a sponsor before you have any idea of how it will perform.

Lol, nice publicity joestraffic is getting. Some dude buy's $100 bucks worth of traffic, gives negative feedback on the biggest adult webmaster board on the net, and Joe loses $1000's in potential customers.

more like 4 days and less than 1k hits from bought traffic.

according to my stats if you don't have a sale then you have sent less than 500 hits to the program.

everyone else over that number without a sale i know.

I did a small buy of $100 with Joe just because I liked the guy. I didn't get any sales, but you know what? He gave me another $100 campaign, completely free, which DID get sales .. I didn't even ask for it, he volunteered it.

So ... :thumbsup

After that, I made about thousands of dollars working with Joe on another project. I don't remember the exact figure, but he sent me a check for pushing HIM traffic.

Nice to work with, overall, and a good guy to chat with on the phone.

you're very new at this. not only did you hound me everyday about the site going to beta, but now i have to stay awake late at night playing investigator as to why you aren't making sales 1:10 on bought traffic.

In response to this, I already know all of the sponsors I used perform well.

I wont defend myself. Not everyone will have overnight success and it's a tricky game. I myself have had problems, but there is always a solution.

Casey Parker is doing awesome. Not displeased with that program.

I've had sales with all of those sponsors. but not using his traffic.

Joe: Apologies bud. Im sure its my fault with non-experience with bought traffic in general. I just didn't have luck with your traffic, guess $100 isnt enough to tell shit, especially in this biz.

Let me emphasize to everyone. Joe was a tremendous help, I just did not convert on his traffic. End of story.

Someone will learn from this thread either way. There might be a lot of people who didn't know Joe sold traffic, and a lot who might expect to get sales on $100 but won't.

i gave him a shot because we all start somewhere and he seemed like he was trying really hard. how much damage could he really do under my watchful eye was the way i was looking at it.

he knows now to think before he posts things.

He did NOT use the $100 on the same ad, but $25 on 4 separate ones. I broke my policy of a min of $100 deposit per ad, and it is the last. If you want a good test, use $100 on the same ad.

That's not bad with bought traffic.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.. it's all about matching the right sponsor sites to the right sources & types of traffic.


shit.. last time I bought traffic the ratio itself was horrible but the profit returns were 500%, so it was a good investment.
If you have a decent broker, who is experience in matching sources & types of traffic to where you want to send it, it should work out.,,,
Lucky for me, I let the broker pick the sources & type.. had I chose on my own, my margins may have been alot lower.

as for the broker picking source and destination i agree. choker is very good at this. i too have never had a problem with joes traffic. this was just a case of shoot first and ask questions later by an inexperienced guy trying a little too hard. i think he has it figured out now when to post and when to icq.

I love joes traffic, I have bought countless banner spots and joes is the only one I have ever went back and bought again and again. I plan on buying another after x-mas is over.
