My Christmas tree is up - Pics
 

Ok well I am 18 days late, but it is now up. I decided on a real tree this year, I love real tree?s, they smell so nice.

I purchased the tree from this guy that comes to Melbourne from Tasmania every Christmas and sells his trees, I was talking to him about his life and he was telling me how he lives on a farm and grows all his own fruit and vegetables. He was telling me that he only eats things that he grows on his farm and does not buy anything from the outside world, which it thought was very cool, he is a very relaxed guy, I guess living like that you don?t have much stress in your life.

I really love the Santa?s and snowmen that you see in the pictures, I purchased them a few years ago, I remember it clearly to as they were the last five on the shelf and I got them just in time as this lady went to grab them to, but I beat her to it, I think they are really cute and they light up at night.

Now I just have to get the Batts girls here to do a shoot near my tree.

Ha! I was wondering about this yesterday... so it's about summer there and you have snowmen decorations? Do people have fake snow on their windows too etc? Does Santa wear shorts or just the same winter outfit?

Yes lights on the tree are important, they can create a very special atmosphere...I love lights on Christmas trees since I was a little child...

I didnt get one for my house this year. My son and I will be spending the holiday at my ladies house so I get her a tree.
