Yeah, it looks like affiliate stats are not showing.

Jan, try to chill... if there is an issue, I am sure CCBill will sort it out.. I have been with them for years and they have never let me down.

You meant to say "How many hundreds of servers they have" right? You guys all think this is so easy.

I agree 100%... they must have an amazing setup to handle as many transactions as they do..

One transaction would take several steps... I don't know the internal steps.. but from the outsides looking in:

1: log remote user details (ip/browser/language etc)
2: get/archive refering document (for fraud prevention)
3: internal risk management (negetive database)
4: connect to gateway > send data
5: respond accordingly to gateway response
6: if approved > link to website, add use to password file / update logs
7: update internal database (actually, this is probably done with each step)
8: send email to subscriber
9: send email to webmaster

And this does not even include the load put on the servers for rebills, cancelations, affiliate tracking, statistics, expirations, back-end reporting etc..

They have 1000's of active webmasters, and even guys like me can have several transactions go through all at the same time...

I have never seen CCBill's physical setup, but I have no doubt in my mind, it is massive and very well put togther... Perhaps someone from CCBill could post pics?? I would love to see!

CCBill rock, and I have no doubt that they are constantly upgrading their systems to meet our needs... They have served us well for years, and hopefully they will be around for a very long time.

sure it's just a temp prob - ccbill rulez.

CCBill Paul 12-18-2006 11:04 AM

The issue was caused by a problem with one of the servers in the cluster however it was fixed very early this morning so everything should be back to normal now.

If anyone is still having issues with their reports please contact [email protected] right away.

Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

scardog 12-18-2006 11:52 AM

There is a problem at the moment getting stats? Get Error at bottom of pages. I'm sure it's temporary and will be fixed quickly, or maybe it's just me and my connection.

karlm 12-18-2006 11:52 AM

Thanks for the reply ccbill good service as usual :)

I was getting that error a few minutes ago. Seems to work fine now.

bizarredollars 12-18-2006 12:18 PM

I get errors with HSBC and Deutsch Bank all the time, it does NOT mean it is something critical. I never loose out, and all my requests are processed... Same with CCBill... I trust them as much as my banks.

Yep back for me too. I knew it wouldn't be long. I only mention it in the slight chance they guys at CCbill didn't notice it yet.
