Good luck to your friend. Anyway, they also have visiting hours in rehab, right? You can visit him there if you have time.

Yeah, I'll definitely visit. I just found out tonight via e-mail, so I asked him if he was somewhere local so that I can come see him.

I had no clue that he had a major problem. I guess he hid it well, but it seems as though his family found out and forced him to get help.

did a Self-rehab by myself :thumbsup clean for 2 years now

Give him some positive support, encourage them to stick it out to the end:thumbsup

just remember that if your friend wants to completely turn his life around, he'll need to lose you as a friend FIRST THING.

hope he gets the help he needs. when i was in the navy and got a dui they made it mandatory that i go to a three week program. Got me out of the shit and it opened up my eyes.

someone very close is in her 11th day of rehab and she will be missed durring the holidays

BUT im so glad she is there and proud of her for taking that positive step

Im going up to see her on sat to bring her christmas wishes
