How do I get statsremote to respond to me?
 
I originally emailed JB about a problem with a particular sponsor's stats in August, and just after that he disappeared. He's back now but there has been no further response. After 4 months I'm getting a little frustrated that I am paying a monthly fee for software that is not reporting correct numbers.

Email is out, I have done that enough... if I try to use the message board it asks for a user/pass but the one I supplied at signup doesn't work, and there doesn't seem to be a register link.

How do I get SR to recognise and respond to a paying customer????

I'm sorry about this but I sent you three emails in the last months, one on August 24, one on November 14 and one on December 7 and I have no idea why you didn't receive these emails as my previous emails to you went through without any problems.

Here is what I wrote:

The general problem with the bonus in this case is that StatsRemote reads the stats daily from the youraccountmystats.html page. On this page the bonus is never displayed. In order to read the bonus, StatsRemote would need to read the youraccountpreviouspayments.html page, but on this page the bonus of the current period isn't displayed.

If you always reach the bonus there might be better way. If you right click on the program in StatsRemote and select 'Properties' you will see a 'Display Percentage' field. In your case you could change this value from 100% to 150% and StatsRemote should display your correct stats.
