I already deleted the spammer from my icq list and the message, but other then you cocksucker i dont have to proof that im not lieing:321GFY

uh you can't have somebody termed by just showing the url to their site...do it the right way or don't post your plea of death to the spammer on the message board...

I posted the message i received here. If they dont wanna be termed than dont spam. I know Lensman will believe me when i say i got spammed through icq with this.

It doesn't really matter if he believes you.. it's real hard to withold a check from someone you have a contract with without any credible evidence.

no shit...if somebody can just copy and paste a fake ICQ message to get somebody termed...well then everybody would be :winkwink:

their site says that if there isnt a referring url then the clicks don't count, if he spammed his own page that was filled with ap links and you don't have the history then he will get paid

I'd think spamming your own page is allowed by a sponser, because all you are doing is getting the person to your site, if they click the AP/sponser links from there they know they are looking at porn.

I'd think the spam is more a hosting issue if it's just a site link and not a direct link to the program.

I also think spam is bad business, just saying from a "rules" point of view.
