Photoshop Gurus...

How do you make a spiral in Photoshop?
One like this...
http://www.e-traction.com/images/Spiral%20Control.gif

Where it starts out either thin or thick and spirals outward to the inverse line thickness of the start.

Anyone?

I have been looking for ages on how to do this, and even Google doesn't have much in regards to a spiral of this nature. There are many other types of spirals, just not this particular one.

Thanks.

Twirl filter is a good place to investigate.

Yeah, I tried that starting with a circle and twirling it, just doesn't come out very well.

Try starting with a triangle.

Hmm... That could work. I'll give it a "whirl" <--- pun.

Reset the vector line to the start point of size to wind down to. Then set the decrease to auto. Twirl your tool.:party-smi
