1.) Hopefully they are more careful than they look... We all know people are tricky with just what they show in pics and videos. Here's hoping there is more protection than is evident.

2.) Testing, testing, testing. Professional and upstanding hardcore performers and content creators should be requiring regular and up-to-date tests from their performers. The best way to ensure nobody gets anything is to make sure that nobody *has* anything to give them.

Testing is done very often. Every couple months I believe. But keep in mind HIV can't be detected until the body builds up enough anti-bodies to showup in the tests. There is a chance that someone recently infected with HIV could take a medical test and showup clean when infact they are not. I read this years ago, but maybe the tests now can detect things quicker.
