i'm from canada, a good friend of mine's little sister was dating a guy who was 17 when she was 14, her parents were strongly against it as the guy was nothing but a worthless shitdisturbing skid. her parents went on to contact the police as to what could be done, they went on to tell them clearly that there was nothing they could do.....

that was, until he turned 18. at which point her parents COULD take legal action to restrict the relationship. it may not have been regarding consent laws, but if you're over he age of 18 and fucking a girl who's 14-15 years old, her parents CAN take legal action to keep you away from her, and this is straight from the mouth of the rcmp...

i'm not 100% sure on it, so don't quote me as a legal authority, but I'm fairly sure the way canadian consent laws work 14 is age of consent until the older party's age exceeds 25 years of age or something too. at which point on a legal level the younger of two parties must be 16 or 18 or some thing like that. there used to be an "ask the rcmp" type of thing at my highschool, and the topic was raised once. this was 4 or 5 years ago tho now, so i can't remember exactly how it went, but i know for a fact it isn't as simple as once you're 14 you're free game to fuck whomever...

I just heard this law stated on TV on a news spot not too long ago. It said that Canadians 14 and older can legally have sex with up to a 20 yr old currently, but that there are proposals in the works to change the age of consent here back up to 16.

A paedophile is someone who is sexually attracted to children. None of the girls in that 'test' were children, so no-one is a paedophile for wanting to fuck them.

I chose "i'd hit it" for all of them and the only one I was sad about was Brittany Murphy, even though she's legal. :(

And Lazonby's post is correct. The pedo term is thrown around way too much without a thought of its definition.

I failed horribly.

14 to 15 year old girls and boys are perfectly capable of choosing what they want to do or not do with their bodies. I believe that it's perfectly reasonable for them to do so with anyone with 4 or 5 years of their age.

A 40 year old guy fucking a 15 year old is just wrong. I don't give a damn if it's legal or not.
