Site has been up and down since 3:30 PM EST and nobody can give me a straight answer as to what is going on. Please hit me up!

if you get a tech who isnt sure ask them for another tech they will get another one to join the chat

Their techs are pretty shitty I agree, a reflection on what they pay em I suppose.
Best thing to do is contact one of the bigdogs over there. |

I think I'm just going through the pains of dealing with a shared server. This is my first site on a shared box and MY LAST. Everytime somebody blinks they're either rebooting it or the SQL server. I just need to get back to my own box so I can support it and then I'll just have to bitch when the router is down. :) My issues with Webair is the brohmide answers all the time. "Yes your server had problems, we rebooted, it works now." I can't run my business like that. I need to know when the problem started, how long was it down, what was the cause of the problem, has this problem been removed or how soon can I expect it to happen again, etc... Maybe not realistic, and yes, maybe a sideeffect of a shared server. But frustrating none-the-less... But yes, today, as far as I know, my server is up again. |
