can anyone draw good freehand?
 

i need bassically two photos combined in a drawn format. either on paper or pc. color would be great.

one photos is a hot tub, the other a stone fountain. I bassically need the hot tub looking like the fountain.

who could draw that up, and what would it cost me?

pen & ink or pencil sketch?
