A few things:
- site looks really old style, which is not bad by itself if that's what you were looking for
- in marketing, there's a logical location for the "sales action" links, in this case the join form. Unless you're selling free trailers, I'd recommend you to place the join buttons on the episode boxes to the right.
- Header: having a link to join page on the left on a 24 pixels font won't help you a lot (IMHO)
- Some color combination wouldn't harm, maybe I'm just too anal since I'm a designer myself, but all I see is a pink nightmare with pink links. At least make all the links white (as some of them currently are) and get rid of all those "pink on pink (or purple)" links
