Cuteplaymate.com

Just registered this domain. I was thinking doing a single girl blog on it...... any other ideas?

No ideas?

you might be restricted on what you can do with it due to the 'playmate' part of it:2 cents:

just transfer it to playboy already. You really dont have a choice in the longrun.

"Playmate" isn't any brand as far as i know. "Playboy" is but that doesn't come close to the domain i registered. I doubt (but i'm not sure) that "Playmate" will give me any problems.... maybe i'll check with the PB crew first.

No it only puts you at graeter risk. Seriously; your going to waste money on lawyers only. Believe me, I've recently been there...

not worth the trouble IMHO.
Just get another domain and save the headache.

They will can his account. Their policy clearly states you can't use their trademarks in your domains.

I do believe that the term "Playmate" is in fact trademarked. Playboy is very protective of it's brand name and if they discover you using it they will in fact have an issue with it.

If you have any questions about this matter feel free to contact me on ICQ.
