Roskilde Festival
 

Im from Roskilde, Denmark and I was curious if anyone of you ever heard of this festival or perhaps even been there?.

Never been there? ... then what festival is your favorite?

Perhaps you can tell me some of your crazy festival experiences.

Sure i know of it, but then again im from the DK as well :1orglaugh

Went there for the first time this year...had a great time...though all the danish workers there didnt know any english so i had to use sign language heh...

I was in Roskilde in 1998 and drunk something like "Gammel Dansk" with the mayor, really. Do he rule or not? Viking museum and Cathedral are beautiful too :thumbsup

Yea I was there this year, was okey... Even had a GFY sirth with me. I stayed some days in the camping area but mostly in a hotel in copenhagen. It was okey :) Our camp was on the news on norways largest public tv station :Graucho got some pics but I dont have time to scan them now. Some other time ;)

I havent been to Roskilde but to Hultsfred a couple of times. Festivals kick ass :thumbsup

I would love to see them...

The mayor is dead now, died in around 2000... seriosly.

Gammel Dansk ... did you like ? then i rather drink Snaps - I prefer to drink Carlsberg.
