Help! What do you get your spouse of 15+ years for Christmas?

I've been doing a little holiday shopping with the spouse but I don't have a clue what she wants or expects. Once you've been married to the same person for over 15 years it gets more difficult every year to come up with something new and memorable.

Throw me some ideas. The more the merrier and maybe I'll hear a few new ones from you guys.

Limo for her to go to a dayspa with a full package would be nice. i would also get her an additional gift to unwrap. Those new diamond necklaces shaped in a circle are popular this year.
Also, lingerie may be a nice Christmas eve present to let her unwrap early? May be a fun evening and show her you still desire her?!

My father and mother are living together about 25 years. The last present from him was a trip to Mediterranian see. That was a great gift for her.

A cruise? A weekend to Paris? Renewal of your vows?

It would depend on what kind of person she is I think....

Close to what I did. I've "only" been married five years, but I got her one of those "Journey" rings that has two rows of diamonds on it and cost waaaay more than what I wanted to spend, but she's worth it (and deserved it)

I also got her a gift certificate to the new day spa in town that she wanted to try out. She knows about the spa thing, cuz it's in a small gift bag under the tree, but I hope she hasn't looked underneath the card (or reads this thread!) so the ring will be a surprise!
