    Thanks Epassporte

    After all the pissing and moaning I read on here in regards to epassporte I gotta give them some thanks

    Fact is .. if you're not afraid of the phone EPASS ROCKS!

    Last week , a few days after requesting my card I realized I hadn't updated my account to my new address in this shitty little town and apparently my card was aimed for my old home in ottawa

    So I called up support and talked with Micheal and all was sorted SMOOTH as fuck , now this was wednesday of last week I think , and today my brand new card arrived in PERFECt time !

    Thanks epass for perfect service for YET ANOTHER YEAR!


    Note : if you have problems with epass .. get over your phonaphobia and call them up folks

                      I've only ever had one problem with epassporte. A bank machine didn't give me any money but debited my account anyway. I talked with Michael, who had me fill out and then personally expitited claim forms. Less than a week later I had the money back, no problem at all.
