Whats it mean in my referrers when it gives an ip address of the search engine?
like it'll say http://xx.xx.xxx.xxx/search and when I click it it takes me to http://xx.xx.xxx.xxx/webhp
Why does it do that? I have a LOT of those in my referrers |
Means it couldn't resolve the host name for what ever reason. I get alot of those for MSN.

usually an ip showing in referrers for a search engine can mean a few things..
the visitor came to your site via a link on someone elses site via their search engine cache, or, the visitor came to your site via a machine translation |
oh ok.
I have a shitload of them for Google so dont really get why. |
