It's OK, CPC is good for US/North American traffic. Conversions on the ads I've setup were so-so, nothing spectactular but not a total waste. You can start small to see if it works for what you are promoting. My dealings with them have been clean. Be careful if you choose to pick sites to advertise - review their traffic and regional information carefully.

Do they pay on time? Options for payment etc. Average CPC for network ads?

I didn't even remember what they did...but I remembered them from a show where they gave me a kick ass pen that I use to this day.

They do pay on time. Great guys at etology.
