P2P and DrinkingHardest (and anyone else)
Hi,
I am still pondering doing some p2p ads. If I go to a sponsor and they allow me to modify their movie clips so that pop-ups with my affiliate code in the URL will result (ie opening a browser to the sponsors site with my affiliate code), then - can I come to U guys at p2pads.com and you will get the media to the networks for filesharing? Is this how it would work for a mere affiliate like me? Also - is this considered as spam in any form? I am seeing reports on the net on blogs and whatever that because its a way of advertising ppl are saying its spam. Is it breaking any laws? I cant personally see it is but whats general concensus on the board here? Cheers MrChips |
Hey Mr Chips.
hit me up on mail or icq 4788527 or devin at gallerytrafficservice.com and i can direct you to the right people and answer your questions as well |
Mr Chips.
I have engaged in p2p marketing for years and nobody (out of tens of millions) has ever sent a spam complaint. P2P Ads is your best bet for distributing the files for maximum exposure. Good luck with your first campaign :) |

The short answer is that when done right advertising on the P2P networks is not spam. |
By the way... this seems like a good a place as any to include a link to the original Monty Python skit from where the name for unsolicited bulk e-mail originated :)

Quick bump - anyone any views on p2p - is it not possible just to promote (share) your files from your own servers rather than pay a fee?
|
is it possible yes, will the outcome of your servers sharing files beat that of others sharing your files, or will it even out do the server costs no. Going through a provider like peer4profit or p2pads is probably the best and most cost effective way
