Any ideas what if i put a script or set a htaccess to redirect the surfers coming from google to a sponsor instead of my worhtless 1000s free pics tgp ? How long does it take googlebot to understand this and ban me ??

Not long. There are some ways to trick the bot, but they aren't real easy. Why not just create a FPA?
