What scripts are all these video sites running

What scripts do all of these video sites use? Not a youtube style site, but one like break.com

There's so many video sites like break.com out there, surely theres a turnkey script available somewhere.

I don't think there is. It's just something thats easy to code. I did a mod for wordpress once that pretty much gave the same results.

I am interested in a script where I can get a layout like that. Not necessarily for videos, but to where I can make a post and choose a thumbnail for the post. And also choose the link that the thumbnail goes to.
