Need a contact for knowledgable mainstream credit card processing.
 

I'm working on a mainstream venture that is travel related. What I need to be able to do is process credit cards for hotels, tours and other travel related items initially only in Costa Rica. I would expect this would not be high risk and guests would be asked to sign when they arrive at their hotel.

The problem is I don't want to process in Costa Rica because the prices are absolutely insane (like flat 15% with credomatic on signed credit card slips :( ). I imagine what I want is a merchant account but I don't know of regions and what not would apply or if that's only adult. Can I process credit cards in for instance the EU, for goods (hotel room for instance) in Costa Rica? What kind of percentage fees could I reasonably expect?

Does anyone have an excellent contact for this kind of information?
