anybody can help me out and tell me how to making flashing text/image like the one at http://www.assinmotion.com/j/15/a/boobies.html with dreamweaver or photoshop preferably...thx

make a two frame gif,

if you are using photoshop, make the first frame, then use the HUE tool to change all the colors nicely.
