The show spanned 3 hotels last year, this isn't a big deal :winkwink:

This isn't Cancun, there aren't a lot of hotels in the country that could hold the entire convention.

Do you have a secured attendees list to date?

As mentioned above we do have multiple alternative hotels, enough to hold everyone. Freeshuttles will run all day long between them (plus the town is small so they are only a few mins away anyways).

however judging from last year, many attendees don't bother adding their names to the list until the last week or two before the show, if at all.

Last year we hti about 160 attendees mostly comprised of program owners, or company executives. This year we expect to maintain that level of quality while hitting approx. our target cut-off number of 300 guests :)
