Why didn't this guy make his life easier by explaining that .002 dollars is 100 times more than .002 cents.

Apparently they have the best coverage and the best premium rate message resolution compared to any other company; Verizon's around +90% or something, while others are around ~60-80% success rate on billable messages.

Verizon also seems to be one of the hardest nuts to crack in regard to their walled garden. Crack that nut with a niche and you have better payout and a monopoly.

I actually listened to the whole thing. It was painful to listen to. It's incredible to think there are people handling accounts that cannot grasp what's going on. The guy broke it down several times and just when you think the 'tard on the other end of the line has figured it out, they go straight back to multiplying a cent value by his usage and ending up with a dollar result without dividing by 100 to convert it to dollars. Mind boggling. I cannot believe how patient he was with them.

Ugh! This is horribly painful. How on earth can people like that survive?

Verizon fucks me over every month. I keep trying to change my plan to keep it at the rate that they said it would be always. It's never that rate. There are always some strange bullshit charges. Besides that they are pretty good but I have been getting a lot of dropped calls lately. They can kiss my boootay.
