he paid his taxes... then he told them that current tax laws dont apply to money made in the country so they gave all his taxes back to him..

sadly it sounds like he will just make himself out to be a victim of bad advise.

I hope he gets through with it. I'm still waiting for Blade's 4th, 5th 6th, and 7th installment.

He'll have no choice to make them after he see the interest on that money he owes.
