    Wake Up Call

Normally when I fall asleep at night, I end up leaving the T.V. on.

Nothing is quite as disturbing as waking up to some infomercial about fecal matter, and babie's dump gerth.

I can not relate to that since I never watch television.

But when I go to bed, I turn off everything that could possible wake me up, including all alarms, phones etc

in that case I can go to bed at 4 am and wake up at 1 pm and nothing disturbs me when I sleep
    I don't use ICQ anymore.

      Good thinking!

Normally I am so whipped at the end of the day I just pass the fuck out. So the TV ends up being left on. Normally it is not an issue since I will sleep from 12-1 AM through the night until 6, 7 AM.

But.. if I have one of those nights where I wake up at 4 or 5 AM. It seems there is always some infomercial about fecal matter on TV. Some smilin jack dude talking about the gerth of his kid's steamy loafs. Caked up colons, and whatever.

I used to always have the tv on before bed, but can't fall asleep with it on now. Just started turning the cell phone off at night and now I wouldn't have it any other way.
