never heard a thing. 3 houses over on the other side of the street 3 cops got shot tonight. i went outside and got accousted by news crews. looks like i will be on the local news tomorrow.

this is a GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD TOO.

I saw that on the news last night and in the paper this morning. That really sucks. Sleazy does have one of the nicest places in that area. Crime is everywhere in the Peg.

Similar occurance happened at my parent's street 2 or 3 years ago now - quiet part of the city and then all of sudden police tape everywhere - real shock when I was coming to visit- unbelievable.

Hell, 93 year old woman shot 3 cops in the hood in ATL a couple of weeks ago.

I like my quiet little neighborhood - probably see the police twice a year. I call the front gate and it's always someone who's sick (when you call 911 here, ambulances, fire trucks, police cars from 3 jurisdictions, volunteers, etc. show up - it's a slow town).
