What bit rate do you rip your music files at for your mp3 player...

That's what I am doing now too. I guess I was thinking that when the Ipod is plugged into a stereo system it will be nice to have a little less loss but I wonder if the average person can tell the difference between 128 & 192...

192 for me for MP3 player, but if I'm making something that's gonna be played on CD or through the computer and amp (like we do at our wrestling shows) I go with 320.

320 is nice for the home stereo but in my car 192 is more then ok

192 is more than enough! I dont even have a stereo that would play 320 good! And I doubt that my ears would notice any difference!

192 has pretty good quality :thumbsup
