Adult Adworld = Zango
I recently had a complaint from a user on my messageboard about "banners" trying to install software on his computer.
This user is borderline retarded and I've had to constantly try to decipher what he's trying to say, but it did get me thinking. He said: "theres a jessica simpson juggly from zango there on the same banner thing it changes to other shit every time the page is refreshed except it does not throw pop ups " The only ad that page is an ad from Adult Adworld. Anyone have any idea WTF is going on? If that shit is coming from Adult Adworld, I'll be removing it immediately |
You should probably have put a questionmark at the end of your thread title...:2 cents:

Just to make it more clear to you since you seem a little lost. It dont replace the banner on the site, but when the surfer with a zango-infested computer loads your page, ZANGO controls what banners is displayed on your page since its a Browser-addon |

I'm gonna bump this for more responses.
Today I loaded a page on my site on which the ONLY ad was from adult adworld. Spysweeper popped up with an alert about "focusin.ad.targetnet.com" which was installing a cookie. I Googled for that term and found this: http://research.sunbelt-software.com...threatid=71456 This is it for me. Googbye Adult Adworld. |
that sucks

I'm neurotic about keeping my shit safe. I run a full sweep with Spysweeper every night and a full virus scan every night as well as keeping both of them running all day, every day. |
Well before promoting someone is best to check reputation before. You will never know what you promoting.
