yes. where you post, look under and it will say upload. just upload a file and click it and click link to image and then put it in the post area. youll figure it out

Doesn't it go thru the trouble of asking you if you want a thumbnail?

i believer there are gallery / thumbnail plugins for this http://wordpress.org/support/topic/57521 looks pretty neat! I would think that would really kick ass how it transitions into the larger image :) gl
