Those are our package deals. We custom quote each project specifically. Some of our clients do prefer to make multiple payments, which is why we listed it that way. I don't think it's misleading at all. It's actually a very mainstream marketing method. There is absolutely no way we would allow a client to sign off on a deal without knowing the full price and payment terms before the project is started.

I actually just sold my house in Northdale. We use the PO box at the UPS store right there though. I am living off Memorial now.
