ok, so i moved to denver, got myself a good deal on a completly furnished house to rent, and now i am getting screwed over royally. It seems my landlord has not been paying his goddamn mortgage payments and the frickin house is in foreclosure.

Fucking perfect, 3 weeks til christmas and i have to fucking move.

well i dont have any time to spare here, i am a single dad, have 2 kids and their mother died a few months ago, so the last thing i want id for them to have a shitty christmas because of some asshole.

I am also in the rental biz and once u get things settled take the landlord to court to get your cash plus damages. You may also want to check with organizations such as the Holy Angels etc. for they provide first and last months rents to people who can demonstrate a need. Sorry to rain on the parade, but I sent you work, and made 50% deposit as planned. When the work was forwarded to me, I did due diligence to check and make sure it was not plageurised......AND THEN IT ALL BEGAN!!!!

I did not realize this when he forwarded it to me to make sure he was on the right track for each page. i misunderstood and thought he was submitting the finished product and forwarded them to you. as soon as you asked about the files and told me they were copied, i contacted my writer immediately and within minutes replied to you letting you know the situation. You are the one that has not contacted me about it, and the last thing that was said in yahoo was that i was sorry for sending the wrong files to you, my writer is working on your project now and once complete i will forward you the correct files.

In fact the project is near completion at this point.

First of all for JBizzle, You sent me one email a month ago asking me why you werent getting that many hits, i cant guarantee you to get hits with an email marketing campaign, all i can do is send out the emails. I even sent out double what you ordered at no extra charge, so dont tell everyone here that you have been emailing me and i have not been responding, I am sorry it didnt work out for you, and as i originally told you in the first correspondance we had, email marketing is not effective if done as a one time deal, it takes repitition. But for some reason you felt like you were going to get rich over night by having me send out 5,000 emails for you. Any one here can tell you that it doesn't work that way, and i cannot stress that enough to anyone when it comes to email marketing.......... So i did what i was paid to do..........

And On-rails, man you got some nerve, this is why i save complete email histories and ICQ histories, and i will post them here for everyone to see. On january 15th, you sent me 175.00 and told me you were going to put the stuff together i needed to get started, on the 17th, i asked you if you had anything for me, you said soon, and then followed with a message later that night that said you would want me to get started the following day, i never received anything from you and finally on the 23rd i sent you an icq, and have heard nothing back from you. So my question is this...... How can i do any work for you if you never send me the stuff i need to do it?

I'm writing on this post again because I have had Hollywood do SEO writing for me over the past few weeks and I have to say that his stuff his amazing and his writing skills (for adult and mainstream) are top notch for the search engines. I can definitely say that it has helped me get more visibility and livened up my sites quite a bit.

I have other networks of sites that I am currently working on, with one of my largest orders being 200,000 words of content, with various orders of 75,000 words every now and then. Hollywood is pretty flexible on payments, so I am able to pay him a few hundred dollars for his work per week.
