Paul Bremer's mis-management of Iraq is why our troops are still there.

He dis-banned the Iraqi army, which we now claim that we have to rebuild before we can leave.

He pissed off Al-Sadr by closing his newspaper and thus creating the strongest independent millitia in Iraq.

Failed at securing the oil.
Failed at reconstruction.
Failed at forming a compentent and trusted Iraqi government.
Failed at managing the money.
Failed...Failed...Failed...etc...


I can't say he broke any laws but I don't like the idea of him getting away unscaved by this total fuck up and waste of lives.

Will he ever pay a price for this?

Some price yes, though I think the buck needs to move upwards still.

Absolute failure is rewarded in the Bush administration thus there is no price to pay.

Anyone who has read even one history book in their life knew this was a clusterfuck waiting to happen and would not have started the war to begin with.

Fellas, I have posted many times that you are batshit crazy to make poltical posts on a business board. I can't think of a single reason to do it, except maybe you have too much time on your hands, are sick of jerking off, and have no common sense. That doesn't apply to me in any way, of course, but let me say this: the war in Iraq is a blunder of historic proportions. It is utterly indefensible, and it falls squrely at the feet of the Bush administratoin, the Republican controlled congress, and Fox News. None of whom, I believe, will ever be held accountable, but the voters, the veterans, or the law. Only history will tell. And it is yet unclear who will write that history. Best to keep your focus on business and pussy and not to think about it.

Na... "Jerry", the ex US Czar of Iraq will not pay a price, but get rewarded to prove he was a good guy and an achiever. (They don't honor assholes with medals, do they? :) )

Bremer is a tool, as were/are others. We are talking about the same guy who hid proposed plans for peace and reconstruction from the Interim Govt. Why? Because the US did not want any peace or reconstruction - other than anything associated with plans to line their pockets with Iraq assets. (At least at that time - tho times have changed)

Young Jerry is an "associate" of that other asshole Henry (Kissinger) who has a track record of lying, abuse, deception, war initiation and enthusiastic supporter of oppressive and torture regimes worldwide - not forgetting his career as one-time playboy of the western world.

What else you expect from Jerry after having been trained by his master, Henry? Admittedly, Jerry was not trained too well - and uttered a few statements which shocked the Whitehouse. (Anything that is not on the Whitehouse agenda is a shock when they hear another view.)
