Took friggen forever for verizon to hook this shit up..lol.. damn bastards don't like to put their trucks on boats to get to my house.,., That wifi connection was really pissing me off,,, bye bye wifi :321GFY


After dealing with their outsourced tech support from new delhi., omfg what a damn experience that was.. several calls over the last few weeks & every one of them spoke broken english, difficult to understand, sounded like they're reading from a script.. annoying me to the extreme.. well.. the tech that came to my house was american, thank god for that.. but it's all finally done & I pray I never need to call them ever again..

I'm starting to hate outsource companies for employing these idiots..

I have to deal with this shit when I call all sorts of places...
