Lord of the Rings release...
 

The first of the series of 3 is being released on August 6th. I'm willing to bet that it will be impossible to get a copy, I've already seen reserve tickets fully taken out. So I'm planning on ordering a copy at Amazon. My question is this: since it's being released on August 6th, does that mean Amazon won't receive it until the 6th, send it until the 6th, or it won't be in my mail until the 6th?

I'll be out of town that week, so I'm just trying to figure out if I should have it sent to my place or the place I'll be visiting... anxious to see it again.

Here is the interesting take on this issue. Many movies are like this and then I walk into Fry's or Best Buy and they have shit loads of copies... I don't think you are going to have a really big problem finding this.... And if you do. Maybe you will be lucky and have to wait a month till they release the newer version with even more extras and more stuff on the DVD

I was drunk while watching LotR and I found it boring as hell.

If you wait til november there will be a second DVD release of Lord Of The Rings featuring 30 minutes extra film.

That was a long ass movie... but worth it...

TTT should be amazing...

You might even have a hard time getting it from amazon. I preordered from them the first few hours that they we taking orders. Then went back a day later to add another and the second one was shipping 3 days after the first (which is scheduled to ship on the 6th.)
