Another example of selective moderation. Rules applying to 1 person, while several others get away with it just fine.

- Programs are spammed on a daily basis, and they have forums.
- People mention XBiz here all the time, linking to them.
- Traffic Trades section contain several requests for forum trades.

The spirit of the forum spamming rule was implemented to prevent competing forums from spamming this forum to recruit members to their own webmaster related adult industry forum. Not to block the promotion of programs and sites to surfers on forums meant for adult surfer traffic.
