Online Adult Advertising? Too Boring?
 

To the GFY marketing experts!!!!!

For many of those individuals on the affiliate program end, I am confident we are always trying to re-invent our advertising?

Are the typical ads of 100+ sites to promote, paying $ PPS with 1000+ galleries to promote just too boring? I have been doing this for years and I don't think I ever seen the opinions of the people who matter :)

What REALLY gets your attention? We have a 'split second' to get your attention and the half naked barbie gal is on 90% of the ads...what makes you look/click at an advertisement? or banner?

I don't click unless theres a flash game involved

Basic, you have to give someone a reason to click it. Most of the time it is accomplished by offering them something that is just too good to pass up, truly unique, or by just playing off of a basic element of human nature (like curiosity).

Well you know my model, 3-5 page old school tours (no reality, no HD) does best for me. And when I'm happy with the ratios, I typically keep the same site in rotation for years and years.

Was there any really exceptional advertising initiatives that you were clearly impressed with?

I guess for each person its going to be different, some like flash interactive banners, some like blondes, brunettes, fetish etc. Personally, I like a banner that looks smooth -- like a shaved pussy. But thats just me.

Dynamic keyword insertion, its why I host your tours on my end :)
