Sure but you must do it in the right place, try php related forums, there aren't many coders on these boards, a handful and you are a competitor since you are a webmaster so they aren't likely to help you. Besides I typed your query in google and found good info. Your question is just not very targeted as there are tons of strings to manipulate images.

Well seeing as this is a webmaster board, it *is* a good place to ask this type of question. Why would I go to a PHP forum when this has nothing to do with PHP?

Depends on what modules you are using and how you want to integrate it, since you didn't post a lot of details I assumed you would use php to integrate it into your site so php related coder boards would be a good source to ask for some advice.
