New Here...Quick Question

First off wassup to everyone. Been a lurker for a minute, but that's neither here nor there.

I am trying to sign up for epic cash and it's taking a year and a day for me to sign up. I fill out all the information and hit send or ok and it isn't doing anything but loading. I have cable, so it's not a speed issue. I did something for about 20 minutes and it was still loading.

Anyone, know what's the deal?
